Terms and Conditions

You will keep your destination email address details with us current, and maintain your local email account such that emails sent to you will not rebound.
StageFOCUS notices may be sent round by these addresses- we recommend you check regularly, especially if the group is active.
You will not use your stageFOCUS address-mask for any illegal, suspicious or morally questionable activity, including but not limited to pornography, terrorism, hate-mail or personal vendetta. We must comply with law-enforcement representatives at their request.
The stagefocus.co.uk postmaster may be called upon for resolution in the case of personal dispute.
You will not deliberately subscribe your forwarding address to junk-mail or targetted marketing lists, unless for information within the domain of amateur dramatics or its support.
The group lists are exclusively for communication between members. These aliases should not be made public. The lists should be used responsibly.
Your usage of this address-mask should not be against the interests of StageFOCUS or any of its members.
Please be aware that your emails may be interpreted by another party as representing the group.
StageFOCUS cannot accept responsibility for lost mail, or any consquence of this event.
Your privacy will be respected with regard to emails sent to you. In the majority this will be a remote computer automated process. However, misaddressed emails to and from you may automatically be directed to the postmaster by internet mail servers. It is worth remembering that any internet traffic may be intercepted by a third party and encryption is recommended for sensitive data.
We may be forced to withdraw this service at some point- we will try to give you adequate notice, though this may not be possible.
We reserve the right to refuse this service or shut down a forwarding address without explanation.
We will attempt to keep this service open for the duration of your membership with StageFOCUS, and may (at our discretion) allow it to continue after this.
StageFOCUS may be further bound by the Terms and Conditions of our webspace provider, domain registrar or other internet body. You and your usage of this service will similarly be bound by these.
These terms and conditions may be subject to revision - our members will be informed if this happens.
